Unlimited: Leave as many videos as you'd like. I respond most week days.

One-on-One: It's just you and me. It's informal and intimate...I don't dress up for it and you don't have to either. You can pause, lose your train of thought, ramble and cry. It's meant to feel freeing.

Asynchronous: You leave videos whenever you want, we never have appointments. I have that same time-of-day flexibility with the expectation that I will respond most weekdays.

Video Coaching: This is where the relationship is. Short of sharing space, private video is the most authentic way to connect. It's universally weird at first, and you are welcome to choose voice messages instead if you want to ease into it. I can't wait to see your face!
